sys-apps/apparmor-utils-3.0.1 stabilization requested libapparmor-3.0.1 is stable, but the apparmor-utils to go along with it is not available in stable. Since these two need to be paired with each other, the keyword mismatch does not fit. I also do not see any open bugs that would prevent stabilization from occuring, other than a minor QA warning for DISUTILS https://bugs.gentoo.org/803086 Thank you. Reproducible: Always
For context, libapparmor was stabilised on request by the maintainer of a reverse dependency. There's a couple of other packages (sys-apps/apparmor and sec-policy/apparmor-profiles) that are also useful and not stabilised. I won't block stabilisation if it's specifically wanted, but I'm not sure if AppApparmor's support in Gentoo really warrants it.
I second this. Due to the tight coupling of libapparmor and apparmor-utils it would make sense to have them on the same "stable" level. Cheers
More people use it than I expected, tbh. IMO it's okay to stable it as long as people want it and it seems to work okay. I don't think it needs to be perfect as long as it's not a regression which it won't be here.
