I can only reproduce this if I disable CONFIG_MEDIA_CAMERA_SUPPORT. However, that is explicitly listed as required in CONFIG_CHECK. Is the tinderbox overriding the linux-info check? Could you attach the kernel config of the tinderbox please?

Applied this config and compiled the kernel. Droidcam compiles without problems for me with this kernel version and this config. I'm starting to think there might be something wrong on the tinderbox, has the kernel actually been compiled after configuring it? Could you please upgrade the kernel to a version that is still present in ::gentoo and try again?
