Until a new version is released, graphite-web needs to depend on a pyparsing 2.x version. See: https://github.com/graphite-project/graphite-web/commit/5de8405307ded14930b3381380e9f91e583172a9 and https://github.com/graphite-project/graphite-web/issues/2726
