solves TigerLake GPU Hand issue

Hi

in Linux 5.10 Intel Iris XE Graphics is broken for TigerLake Systems (GPU HHANG).

The issue is discussed in

https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/intel/-/issues/4530  and in
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/drm/intel/-/issues/4145

Unfortunately the outcome looks as if a fix will occur in 5.16 earliest.

For me and other TigerLake users a simple patch (see above discussions on freedesktop.org) is solving the issue (see attachment)

Fedora and Arch have already included this patch for their 5.15.6 kernels.

Could you please have a look at the patch and include it as well?
