SuperTuxKart 1.3 has been released at the end of September. Some default maps included in SuperTuxKart have been modified a bit. Because of that, unlike players that use version 1.3, Gentoo players have trouble playing online those modified maps. You're kindly asked to add version 1.3 in the official tree. All the best!
Note to anyone who gets to this before me, supertuxkart-1.2-irrlicht-system-libs.patch does not apply cleanly, so it's not a quick bump.
