Please port to newer EAPI.

The only version available is 8.0.2 from 2008. GroupWise was sold to Micro Focus in 2014. It is useless without the corresponding server, and it is full of vulnerabilities by this point. It is fetch restricted, and the link in the pkg_nofetch is outdated. TL;DR: It is severely outdated. I recommend to drop it instead.
