I've tested and added python3.10 support for dev-libs/libpeas and all the other consumers of it than liferea. Because libpeas is a PYTHON_SINGLE_TARGET package, it means that if someone has liferea installed, they can't upgrade any of those to use py3.10 until liferea supports it too. Please test py3.10 for liferea and enable it if it works, now that libpeas is unblocked for it otherwise.
