Issue: media-video/obs-vkcapture-1.0 installs shared libraries that lack a SONAME.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: guru_ci)

NOTE:
This machine uses GCC-11: https://gcc.gnu.org/gcc-11/porting_to.html

guru_ci has reproduced this issue with version 1.1.1 - Updating summary.
