Issue: dev-python/yamlpath-3.6.0 uses a probably incorrect DISTUTILS_USE_SETUPTOOLS value.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: tinderbox)

NOTE:
entry_points no longer use setuptools at runtime.
