See upstream patch https://github.com/htop-dev/htop/commit/becd33795c99a3f1b26024dd9fa8cc880f4d399d. I don't see any meters at the top here. I'd also suggest we possibly don't keyword RCs given I don't think we gain much from it.
This should be fixed in rc2 (not yet added to the tree but released upstream).

rc2 was added in https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/sys-process/htop?id=ffb5989dc274872f53a6235f7e4d4ba75c015ba6 which fixes this issue. I'll drop the obsolete mask now too.
