dev-libs/boost-1.77.0 has lost USE=static-libs, because this is a cumbersome flag to support and this is the only package requiring it. In general, having a static i2p doesn't seem necessary for an initrd or other boot-time configuration. Could you remove it so we can stable dev-libs/boost-1.77.0 in the near future?
