This package's source tarball uses xz with SHA-256 checksum so it needs to depend on xz-utils[extra-filters].  Otherwise:

xz: /var/tmp/portage/mail-client/s-nail-14.9.22/distdir/s-nail-14.9.22.tar.xz: Unsupported type of integrity check; not verifying file integrity
