Possible context of error(s): E ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'sip'
Noticed, that dev-python/sip-5 is being installed, but this doesn't contain a package sip anymore, but a package sipbuild. Looks like the packages to bdepend on <dev-python/sip-5 if FEATURES=test is enabled.
