Gitea 1.14.2 is available. No ebuild changes are required, although updating the list of postgresql versions in the systemd unit is needed. Tested on ~amd64 and ~arm64. Reproducible: Always

1.14.3 is out, could you please bump the PR? With 1.14.2 gitea crashed on startup but I had no time to investigate these further. The crashes don't occur on 1.14.3 anymore - it's running since ≈ 20h. tested on: ~amd64 Gentoo with OpenRC default/linux/amd64/17.1/no-multilib/hardened dev-lang/go-1.16.5 dev-db/postgresql-13.3
