    media-video/vdr: add gcc-11 compile fix

vdr defines std:: functions "min" "max" and "swap" as Template, which
collides with gcc-11. Add a patch from upstream which fixes this, and fixes
also compile problems with all media-video/vdr-* plugins using this
    functions, too
