With the introduction of slotted tracker-3, this dependency on slot :0 needs to be made explicit.
Looking at the gnome-photos-40.0 source code, I don't see why this needs to depend on gnome-online-miners actually. Uninstalling gnome-online-miners and dropping the dependency works fine (compile time at least)
