In previous versions all config files were at /etc/flow-tools by default. 

Before upgrade I used /usr/bin/flow-filter which run with default config /etc/flow-tools/filter.cfg

After upgrade /usr/bin/flow-filter uses default config /etc/flow-tools/flow-tools/filter.cfg and don't see my customized /etc/flow-tools/filter.cfg from previous version (net-analyzer/flow-tools-0.68.5.1-r11).

Please add postinstall message to ebuild, probably configs move instructions.

These great tools used mainly by scripts and nobody will see errors...
