net-im/gajim only has amd64+x86 keywords. dev-python/python-nbxmpp has keywords on many more archs, but gajim is its only consumer, therefore it's unlikely that anyone is using it on those archs. This is causing extra hassle as these two packages should usually be stabilized together. Arch-teams, please give me feedback if these keywords can be dropped.
I'm not sure I understand.. why not just stable gajim and nbxmpp for the respective arches when it's time, and ignore the others? Just use * and ^ (if necessary) from NATTkA. I don't know why they were originally added but my point is, this shouldn't get in your way too much, right?
Feel free to sync keywords in any direction (by dropping python-nbxmpp keywords yourself or requesting more keywords against gajim).

This package is only used by gajim, so it does not make much sense to support it on archs that don't support gajim.
