/usr/share isn't the place for architecture dependent files like shared objects please consider not installing it in the first place also because they are useless /usr/share/gnuplot/5.4/demo/plugin/demo_plugin_so-demo_plugin.o it also install this shared library /usr/share/gnuplot/5.4/demo/plugin/demo_plugin.so and the corresponding debug files /usr/lib/debug/usr/share/gnuplot/5.4/demo/plugin/demo_plugin.so.debug /usr/lib/debug/usr/share/gnuplot/5.4/demo/plugin/demo_plugin_so-demo_plugin.o.debug
