Discontinued upstream. The last version is broken with py3.9. The last revdep stopped depending on it.

The upstream changelog seems to imply not "discontinued", but "will support the legacy binary format only". However, being able to read the legacy format is still useful and pandas seems to still support using xlrd to read XLS files. Is it a matter of "we want to remove this package from Gentoo" or "if someone wants to keep it, please step up"?
Hmm, for some reason I thought we're at the newest version. I'm going to recheck if 2.0.1 fixes py3.9 and then restore it.
