arpwatch is not sending emails for new stations, found the below in the logs.

  arpwatch: execl: sendmail: No such file or directory


Commented out 'ac_cv_path_V_SENDMAIL=sendmail' from this file /usr/portage/net-analyzer/arpwatch/arpwatch-3.1-r1.ebuild and rebuilt.

Now getting arpwatch new stations emails.
