Current nvidia-drivers[compat] is a no-op, and compat libraries aren't installed, so old primus-0.2-r0 can't function, and 0.2-r3[-libglvnd] can't either (but the latter still has a use.force for now). Current plans are to remove USE=compat and so removing 0.2-r0 in advance will make that simpler (I'm helping with nvidia things right now). I don't use primus so I'd also like to ask if still want compat libraries (which could be restored if really needed). As far as I'm aware this is the only package that use those.
