Sorry, I forgot to submit stablereq. I've been using it for quite a long time and it's stable. I haven't received any new bugs. I have fixed the problem of makefile calling nm which in 10.3-r2 and submitted it to upstream, so 11.0 does not have this problem. Stabilization request for sci-electronics/iverilog-10.3 on amd64, x86, ppc and sparc.

Because in https://bugs.gentoo.org/713730, Andreas Sturmlechner considering to clean up the old version, ppc and sparc need to be stabilized.
