Can't update dev-db/myodbc to 8.0.23

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
emerge =dev-db/myodbc-8.0.23

Actual Results:  
Failed to emerge dev-db/myodbc-8.0.23

Could you please report back if myodbc-8.0.24-r1 works for you? Not just if it builds, if it really works (runtime test).
