I don't see any evidence that telegram-desktop depends on gdk-pixbuf at all in fact.

gdk-pixbuf-xlib was removed in v2.42.0.

in ldd:
libgdk_pixbuf-2.0.so.0 => /usr/lib64/libgdk_pixbuf-2.0.so.0

ok should be fixed now. no longer requires [X] on pixbuf.
