0.90 fixes some bugs and crashes seen in 0.87, in particular some qlop improvements.

Please stabilise, thanks!

32-bits arches, please stabilise 0.90.1 instead.  It is identical to 0.90, except it contains a configure change to detect a 32-bits arch and avoid a zstd problem.

And now 0.90.1 has been cleaned from tree, but 0.90.0 has been kept. Was that intentional?

Is there a particular reason that hppa and ppc are now back to 0.87? Both were stable on 0.90.1.
