Current stable sci-electronics/iverilog-10.3 is broken with stable bison-3.7.1
I see there are bisons 3.1 and 3.6.4 in the tree. Would it make sense to BDEPEND on <3.7.1 while this stabilization is handled? You can commit a BDEPEND change without having to revbump.

We decided to drop sparc and ppc stable keywords, as they apparently made no sense to begin with this package. All done.
