Hi, sci-geosciences/grass was removed recently due to dropping Python 2 support. Efforts of upgrading the package didn't succeed timely enough to prevent deletion (see https://bugs.gentoo.org/735458, https://bugs.gentoo.org/682188, https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/15399, https://github.com/gentoo/gentoo/pull/17361). Intention of this bug is to reintroduce the package via the Proxy Maintainers project, merge the efforts of the linked pull requests, implementing the reviewers improvement suggestions and fix some minor bug.
