I wish, there'd be an ebuild for cvsplot in portage - so i wrote one ;-) It's perhaps unwanted to have cvsplot in /opt/cvsplot, so you should use a path according that best suites gentoo. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce:

Ohh, perhaps i should describe cvsplot a bit: you can get it at cvsplot.sf.net, and it will generate graphical statistics for a CVS repository with the help of gnuplot.
Cleaning out older open bugs. Bump, can a decision be made on this? Can be re-assigned to maintainer-wanted if you can't take it...
