gedit now uses tepl, so lost a lot of keywords. Please re-keyword.

    gnome-base/gnome-core-apps-3.36.5: restore ~arm keywords
    
    .. and to keep dev profiles happy, add it to package.mask in old
    arm families alongside gnome-core-libs due to rust librsvg
