Issue: app-editors/jedit fails tests.
Discovered on: amd64 (internal ref: tinderbox)

NOTE:
This machine uses a clang/LLVM toolchain.
If you think that this issue is strictly related to clang/LLVM please block bug 408963. If you think that this issue isstrictly related to the LLD linker, please block bug 731004.

Could we please proceed with stabilization? Or do these test failures necessarily need to block it?
According to devmanual[1] test failures should be "acceptable if [...] or failures are known and reported.

If tests are known to be broken and do not impact the runtime functionality of the package ideally we'd restrict them in the ebuild and have a comment explaining the reasoning
