Debian asked for clarification on license terms back in 2013, no response. https://packagestest.gentoo.org/packages/dev-perl/Data-Diver/reverse-dependencies Indicates no reverse dependencies, so I move to drop this from tree.

Unfortunately, no upstream license declarations exist, and upstream have been unresponsive as to even informally stating a license, and subsequently we can't have this in ::gentoo.
