Maybe we should we stabilize newer vulkan-loader? Or maybe destabilize dev-util/vulkan-headers to make them match?

I see -headers were stabilized in https://gitweb.gentoo.org/repo/gentoo.git/commit/?id=8f743c73ccff4f548d8024ef9855e0edad117fcc

Any particular reason to do it out of sync with -loader?
