libhubbub-0.3.3.ebuild is one of two ebuilds in the tree that still uses netsurf.eclass. If there's no reason to keep it around, can it be dropped to speed up removal of the eclass? Ultimately the goal is to fix the mismatch with EROOT/ED in the gentoo-helpers.sh script and the ebuilds that use it. But, one thing at a time...
