This is an auto-filled bug because sys-process/glances fails tests. The issue was originally discovered on amd64, but it may be reproducible on other arches as well. If you think that a different summary clarifies the issue better, feel free to change it. Attached build log and emerge --info.

this is a non-critical test failure. happens if irq plugin does not load, which may happen if you already have glances installed and it reads /etc/glances/glances.conf, which disables IRQ plugin by default in latest version. tests pass if you don't have latest glances installed. but fail if you have 3.1.4+ installed and /etc/glances/glances.conf is present please do not block stabilization because of it. I'll commit a quick fix disabling checking for this plugin meanwhile
also that plugin does not load in a container, or if /proc/interrupts is not readable, also can affect tests, so I've disabled checking for this plugin.
