Package net-misc/icaclient is hard masked in in the amd64/no-multilib profile by amd64 project ("Mask packages that rely on amd64 multilib"). Current x64 (amd64) packages provided by citrix do not seem to install any 32-bit components (checked each installed binary with file, inspected the vendor archive), and while the ebuild does inherit multilib, it does not seem to rely on multilib for anything. I've been running net-misc/icaclient-19.12.0.19 for a few months on one no-multilib system with no issues, and have installed and tested net-misc/icaclient-20.04.0.21 on another daily driver. I can't find a bug masking the package to see if the original reason for the mask has been resolved, the addition to package.mask is undated, and it doesn't seem to cause any issues so I'm requesting that the package be unmasked. Will submit a PR for the profile change shortly.
Created new PR as I forgot to make the original from a branch.
