Trying to fix a CI issue on =sci-libs/umfpack-5.6.2, I ran some test builds and noticed it won't build against =sci-libs/cholmod-3.0.13 and sci-libs/amd-2.4.6 but rather needs the older versions still in the tree.



Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. emerge =sci-libs/cholmod-3.0.13 =sci-libs/amd-2.4.6
2. USE="cholmod" emerge =sci-libs/umfpack-5.6.2
3.



I'm going to address this together with the CI issue PR.

I think we have settled on stabilizing the new suitesparse and removing the old one ASAP in bug #716960. (I'm just waiting on the arch teams to add keywords, which I can't do myself.)
