I started to update qtwebengine. After an hour I emerged another package in another terminal. Now "qlop -r" gives an empty result although qtwebengine is still emerging.
I confirm the problem even without running parallel builds
I may have fixed that with a29346b666decbba87f1d9cf56f7f72de485c343 and 83325e68514d4d55554bff9439b61c03f12d4d8b
