This new version spent some time in an overlay, and the ~arm keyword was likely dropped because of an issue in ::gentoo that the overlay maintainer didn't feel like dealing with. In any case, it probably still works. It comes with a test suite that should pass. I'm planning to drop the old version (that did have ~arm keywords) in a bit. Feel free to stabilize as well if you'd like pari to be stable on arm going forward.
