modemmanger is lagging behind upstream.

Currently only modemmanager 1.8.2 works with my Fibocom L830, but no longer with last available modemmanager 1.10.0 (there are also reports from others with this problem on the net, but I found no solution so far). Therefore I would appreciate a newer build of modemmanager in the tree, but please keep also 1.8.2 in the tree for debugging/testing my Fibocom problem.... Thank you!
I suggest copying it ahead of time to a local overlay then, as it's unlikely to be remembered for keeping as soon as I get arm64 stable for 1.10.0

For the archives, installed modemmanager 1.14.8 and libmbim 1.24.4 my Fibocom L830 works. (so only modemmanager 1.10.0 seems problematic, see comment #2) Thank you for the update!
