Will be required for Qt 5.14 stabilisation because of multiple build failures fixed in >=19.12.0.

Too many bugfixes to ignore in kdenlive, kio-extras etc.

Bumping to media-libs/mlt-6.20.0 and Release Service 19.12.3.

- Bumping to kde-apps/okular-19.12.3-r1
- kde-apps/kdenlive-19.12.3 currently crashes on exit (fixed in master)

Does not look like a regression (my updates were also fine though)

Hmm could just reproduce this error on my second PC again.

Bumping to kde-apps/kdenlive-19.12.3-r1 after identifying the upstream fix.
