I've looked at all file headers, and apart from ISC I see BSD (i.e. 3-clause) and BSD-2. There is also compat/fparseln.c which has a BSD-4 header, but the 3rd and 4th clause of it have been rescinded by its author: https://mail-index.netbsd.org/source-changes/2009/10/21/msg002182.html I have reported this issue upstream: https://github.com/tmate-io/tmate/pull/287
