As per title. I made an attempt in my work-in-progress overlay (https://gitlab.com/Shibotto/shibotto-overlay/-/tree/master/dev-python/tzlocal), tests seem fine with python_targets_python3_{6,7,8}. Also tzlocal-1.2::gentoo has RDEPEND misspelled as RDPEND (should I open another bug report?)
