Live ebuild only for 3+ years now.  Python 2 only.  Last blocker for pyzmq cleanup.  No revdeps.

Python 3 support is already in upstream git. I will update the ebuild.

Please also make a release.  It's not fine for something to stay -9999 for 3 years.

That is how gnuradio related packages often are, they hardly if ever tag a release. Most users are aware and able to deal with this.

I'm pretty sure most users can also deal with using an overlay.  ::gentoo is not a dump for non-installable packages.
