This is currently blocked on kramdown-rfc2629 requiring dev-libs/kramdown-1.17.0 which got removed from Gentoo due a security issue (bug #733116). I have requested upstream to bump the dependency in https://github.com/cabo/kramdown-rfc2629/issues/73
I currently preparing the migration of kramdown-2629 from ::guru to ::gentoo.
