btrfs-progs usually gets stabilized in sync with kernel as occasionally btrgs-progs start using recent enough incompatible IOCTLs occasionally. Be it for btrfs-send of inode resolution. Any specific reason to break the rule this time?
It probably makes more sense to target 5.4.1 anyway. I'm not aware of any specific reason to rush this, so please remove archs if you want.
