I don't think 0.8.x series can be considered stable yet. while it works, there are still some gotchas here and there. people who need truly stable storage should stick to 4.14 or 4.19 lts kernels with zfs. not a great UX, I know, as we have no means of requiring kernel version except failing at emerge time.

0.8.3 looks much better and a lot of bugs fixed, considering it as a stable candidate. changing atoms, but not copying arches, I'll do stabling myself later.
