Requires gdbm USE flag activated on dev-lang/perl

We need more info to correctly identify any issue.

"dev-lang[gdbm] required" doesn't say where there is a problem.

"Requires gdbm USE flag activated on dev-lang/perl" doesn't explain why there is a problem or where it comes from.

Please fill out a more comprehensive report and we can more forward.
