I can reproduce on ppc
this test failure is due to kernel configuration https://mailing.openssl.dev.narkive.com/yA2oZ17k/openssl-dev-openssl-org-4434-gentoo-13-x86-64-4-failed-self-tests ideally it should skip itself I think, but at least this bug should not be a stabilization blocker.
