Stumbled upon this after the OpenSSL upgrade.

www-client/httrack-3.49.1 builds fine. Maybe it should be stabilized?

httrack 3.48.21 does not support OpenSSL >=1.1.0.

Since we have OpenSSL >=1.1.0 in stable by now, stabilizing httrack 3.49.2-r2 which supports OpenSSL >=1.1.0 seems like a good idea to me, too.

I'll turn this bug into a stable request then — I hope that's okay.

Target arches: amd64 ppc x86
